Because my Primary Drive is communicating excellence and explaining how, why, & what we accomplish—I have a real Giftedness in trying to figure out the best way to do a job. I recognize that the Value that I bring to work is the ability to communicate in a calm manner so that all are able to understand. The Ideal Environment for me is an environment in which all can express their ideas. When I face my Fears/Dislikes for accommodating imperfections, I can be open to criticism in order to be my best self. My Response Under Pressure is to always be diplomatic, listen, and see how to handle things properly. I perceive my Blind Spot to be “remaining objective when confronted with criticism of my work”. I can begin to compensate for this by being open to job critiques & new systems.

Their Value to the Organization, which I need most, is able to follow instructions and be respectful to others. Why I need him or her on my team? They keep the work flow moving while maintaining a positive attitude.
