Because my Primary Drive is using my own solutions and creativity, I have a real Giftedness in thinking outside of the box. I recognize that the Value that I bring to the workplace is synthesizing old information into new forms. The Ideal Environment for me to work is where I am not micromanaged and there are open discussions. When I face my Fears/Dislikes of being able to affect decisions, My Response Under Pressure may be going for the jugular or bringing up points that make others wrong. I perceive my Blind Spot to be seeming cold or mean. I can begin to compensate for this blind spot by not using sarcasm.
